Low Flow Glass Rotameter: Precise Measurement for Low Gas and Liquid Flow Rates
FLOWTECH Low Flow Glass Tube Variable Area Flow Meters (Rotameters) are designed for general in-line and by-pass metering applications for both gases and liquids. These rotameters operate on the principle of Variable Area. A float moves freely up and down a tapered borosilicate glass tube, following the fluid flow from bottom to top. The float takes a position where buoyancy forces and the float’s weight are in proportion to the flow rate. The vertical position of the float, indicated by the scale, provides an instantaneous flow rate measurement.
Key Features:
- Suitable for low flow rates of gas or liquid measurement.
- Available in different constructions for compatibility with diverse applications.

The Low Flow Glass Rotameter is a specialized flow meter designed to precisely measure low liquid or gas flow rates in a variety of industrial applications. It has a glass tube structure that provides good visibility and enables for exact flow observation.
The Low Flow Glass Rotameter’s glass tube is meticulously calibrated and graded with a scale, allowing users to view and monitor the flow rate immediately. The flow rate is shown by the location of the float inside the tube in relation to the scale. In low flow rate applications, this visual signal makes it simple to analyze and manage the flow.
