1. Custody Transfer Metering System for Borewell Water Extraction
5 Nos. Flowmag 80 (Electromagnetic Flowmeters of Size 3 inches) along with IoT compatible device for real time data monitoring and custodial transfer of Water extraction and usage data to Central Ground Water Authority for compliances.
Our team of experienced engineers helped the plant of Ultratech Cements in Sidhi District of Madhya Pradesh to automate their plant through our Automatic Meter Reading System (AMR) to put in place Gap Analysis System in pipe and tank measurements.
We at Flowtech partnered with the engineering team of Ultratech Cement to design, develop and execute the installation and commissioning of mag meters as per the below mentioned drawing:
The flow meters were installed to get continuous water from the borewell with an ability to detect any kind of leakages, velocity of the water flowing and with self-diagnostic features to increase the life of the meter.
2. Cost-effective measuring solutions
Our team at Flowtech conducted site visit and recommended the installation of our highly accurate and cost-effective Glass Tube Rotameter Variable Area Flow Meter (6 Nos.) to satisfy the dual purpose of measuring air and water.
The rotameters or variable area flow meters were installed in their site at Chandrapur district in the state of Maharashtra.
They are ideal for measuring liquid or gas flow at higher pressures and temperatures and is suitable for plastic, you can achieve accurate flow rates with robust glass tube rotameters (variable area flow meters) from Flowtech. With a broader range of flow rates available, glass tube rotameters are suitable for a variety of liquids and gases.
Resistance to thermal shock, pressure and oxidation is the result of employing borosilicate glass tube bodies that can withstand pressures up to 13.8 bar (200 psi). Plus, corrosion-resistant material options for scales, floats, fittings and valves accommodate a variety of applications, whether in the lab or in industrial processes.
