Float & Board Type Level Indicator: Ideal for Non-Pressurized and Non-Hazardous Chemical Storage Tanks
Our Float & Board Type Level Indicator is a reliable solution for monitoring liquid levels in non-pressurized storage tanks. It can be used for various types of tanks, including cone roof, float roof, floating roof, and underground tanks.
The indicator operates based on the principle of buoyancy and consists of wetted and non-wetted parts. Wetted parts come into contact with the liquid, while non-wetted parts do not.
The float is available in different materials such as S.S.304, S.S.316, P.P., and PTFE. The float’s design is tailored to the specific gravity of the liquid it will be used with.
It is connected to a pointer via a rope and a set of pulleys.
The pointer moves along a marked board installed parallel to the tank. For tanks with a height of more than 5 meters, two guide wires are anchored to the tank bottom to restrict horizontal movement of the float.
