Description
Tubular Liquid Level Indicator Manufacturer
Tubular Liquid Level Indicator: Dependable Liquid Level Monitoring
Our Tubular Liquid Level Indicator is a dependable and straightforward solution for accurately monitoring liquid levels in a wide range of tanks and containers. Unlike traditional gauge glass cocks with threaded connections, which can lead to dangerous leaks, this level indicator eliminates such risks due to its robust design.
Key Features:
- Suitable for use in atmospheric or pressurized tanks with pressures below 5 Kg/cm2.
- Features a bolted gland with Teflon packing to ensure positive leak tightness, even under full vacuum conditions or at pressures up to 10 Kg/cm2.
- Constructed from robust materials, including options in Aluminum, Acrylic, SS, and more.
- Linearly calibrated scale for accurate readings.
- Available with an offset-constructed isolation valve upon request.
- Maximum single-piece length of up to 2000 mm.
- Optional high/low switches available for added functionality.
Working Principle: The gauge is installed between two end blocks using gland packings. It is mounted parallel to the tank to create a closed loop, allowing the tank liquid to seek its level in the gauge. Guards in the form of tie-rods or C-channels are provided to protect the gauge from accidental impacts. The end blocks include built-in isolating valves, drain valves, and vent plugs.
Design Features:
- The top and bottom liquid chambers of the indicator are solid bars, and the Borosilicate Boiler Quality glass tube is fully protected by a box section made of C-channel. This design ensures the glass tube’s integrity, even when subjected to external pressure.
- 100% PTFE (Teflon) rope packing is used to guarantee positive leak tightness, even under full vacuum or 6 Kg/Cm service pressure.
- This Tubular Level Indicator is lightweight compared to reflex and transparent-type level gauges.
- It is available in a single length of 3000 mm center-to-center distance, extendable by coupling two or more tubes.
- Air vent plugs at the top and drain plugs at the bottom are provided for sample collection. Inbuilt isolation valves are available upon request.
Our Tubular Liquid Level Indicator is a robust and trustworthy solution for precise liquid level monitoring in various industrial applications, without compromising safety or integrity.
